Aroma is a nice place to go for your straight-up basic sandwich or salad lunch. The soft and squishy bread is above average, the salads are just fine. It's also a good place to go when you're meeting a new friend, like K. Cooper of Hoping for Happy Accidents fame, or running into old acquaintances, like Thu's editor David, or last minute arranging to meet a longtime friend like Maggie.
