Li Hua

Kimchi = Happiness. Just the idea of kimchi makes us giddy like schoolgirls, the smell of it brings wide grins and the act of eating kimchi... well that's just heaven. I have no idea how authentic Li Hua is but it's the closest option for a kimchi craving we have down here, and it's a pretty decent one. It certainly satisfies a yearning for some banchan (side dishes), kimchi jigae (kimchi and tofu stew) and dolsot bibimbap (hot stone bibimbap).
